Wow!! This place really made my day of jury duty a MILLION times better! Had the chicken spring roll that was the perfect start… very flavorful and fresh then had the chicken banh mi which was PERFECT!! God I love that bread 🤤 A+ service as well (shout out Recie!!!) And the Vietnamese French drip coffee was the best!

I went to Fusion Bowl right around lunch time mid week and enjoyed a non dairy Milk Tea. Truly it would have been the Chai MT or Earl Grey Lavender Foam Tea. Which ever tea it was, the tea was pretty good. Just enough foam yet you do have to stir a little to taste all of the flavor or the tea as some of the ingredients were at the bottom of the cup. The atmosphere was pleasant. I would sit in there and do work if one works from home. Nice aroma and vibe. Gratitude Fusion Bowl, til next time, have a beautiful one, MJ Alakhai

Broke for lunch from jury duty and found this spot. Highly recommend it. Best Vietnamese coffee I have ever had. The chicken udon was fantastic. If your in down town Tampa I highly recomend it.

The matcha I had was good and a good value compared to some of the popular chains. I had the seafood pho. Broth was very good but the presentation, everything in one bowl; the tradition with pho is that the condiments such as bean sprouts, basil etc are placed in a separate plate. For me, I like my bean sprouts undercooked and the basil completely uncooked. Those choices were taken away in this presentation. Also a minor nitpick: the seafood pho was described as containing shrimp and crabmeat. The crabmeat was imitation crabmeat. That's not a problem per se but the description was misleading a
