Was just looking for a quick snack, and a hot chocolate and decided to stop by Cutter’s. Their coffee is very delicious 😋 beans are fresh and the doughnut and hot chocolate are delicious and sweet. Overall a great place to chill and study

I got a breakfast burrito and opened it to find it mangled and burnt. After removing the burnt tortilla pieces only half the tortilla was left and I had to eat it with a fork. The filling was more cheese than anything else. My partner got a breakfast sandwich and the bread was dense and difficult the bite through. The service is always good and the coffee is decent, but the breakfast items were disappointing and difficult to eat.

We always used to stop here for coffee. But today, we didn't get the delicious coffee we usually do. We ordered a hot, unsweetened coffee with oat milk. Instead, we received a sweet, frothy coffee drink—nothing like the coffee we expected. We asked for a replacement; they swapped it out very quickly, but the new coffee was just as sweet and watery as the first one. Unfortunately, we won't be visiting this coffee shop chain again. We ended up buying coffee a second time today—at a different shop.

The vibe inside is cozy, but the service is very transactional. Each time I've been here, the baristas don't care to connect with the customer- just take an order and move on. If that isn't disappointing enough, don't worry, the coffee is much worse. I've ordered a variety of different coffees from Cutters Point and it is disgusting every time. Save your money and go to a coffee shop where the baristas at least act like they care about you and the coffee tastes better. And let me just say, anywhere else will serve better coffee.
