“Little pricey but great food and fast service”

We bought our kids cheese fries and all they did was throw shredded cheese on the fries and handed them to us. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I asked if they could melt them and they said they didn’t have a way to melt them. Seriously. Would you like fries with shredded cheese just thrown on them without being melted. Never ever going back to Wendy’s very very disappointed. My kids were excited to eat cheese fries and the look on their faces crushed me. Not to mention false advertisement. Definitely didn’t ask for my biggie bag with a side of the world’s worst attitude. I’m assuming this is a recurring issue since the name tags aren’t visible. But to the heavy set blonde girl working drive thru, maybe if you weren’t so focused on rolling your eyes 5+ times at your customers, you’d have a much smoother shift. Especially when your customer thanks you several times for your service, you shouldn’t blatantly ignore them and continue to roll your eyes. If it is so hard to stand in one spot and take orders when you’re working drive thru, maybe the fast food industry isn’t for you… oth

Stay away, drive through took a half hr to get through. The food was horrible. Fries way overcooked was surprised there was any potato left in them once you were able to get through the skin… chicken like leather, burgers dry. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time.

Idk why it’s so hard to listen and just not add the item that is an allergen. If someone asks for an item with no bacon or no ketchup or whatever, the item shouldn’t come with twice the amount you usually add. At that point it seems malicious. Asked for no bacon specified allergy. This is what we got. I’d like to add that we were the only people at the restaurant so they can’t blame it on being busy. This is a constant thing with this restaurant.
