Their chicken is good but wow it takes forever to get any food every single time. Even when you order online its like they dont start the food til you get there to pick it up. They really need to work on their pace of service, theres never any pep in anyone's step when theyre working.

On more than one occasion, I have walked in and waited while staff members looked directly at me but acted as though I wasn't there. I don't mind waiting, but I expect the courtesy of being acknowledged. Simply saying, 'Please give me a minute' would make a huge difference. Good manners and basic customer service require acknowledging a waiting customer sometime the food is undercook and one time there was a metal wire in my chicken, Avoid at all Cost !

First time going. Ended with all 5 of us in the hospital with Salmonella and food poisoning. Spent almost $80 for the 5 of us to not eat more than a few bites. I would stay away from this place. FAR AWAY!! I've ate some nasty food in the Marines and this place makes those foods look like fine dinning.

Went thru the drive thru and after waiting 30min I get home and my wife started to eat a thigh when she noticed a blood pocket. We opened a second piece and raw as well, even more so. Terrible unacceptable!! Pay attention to your chicken. I called the store to complain and the manager said to bring the food back after already having waisted my time wanted me to waist more and gas, awful!!
