I found out about this place by watching a YouTube channel that reviews local restaurants. I've been a downriver resident for 48 years and never heard of Mykonos before! The 1st time my husband and I went, I was so excited because they have Saganaki and chicken gyro's with taziki sauce! Both were absolutely amazing and our server was so nice and had a great sense of humor. I wish I remembered his name, but he joked with me when I said no tomatoes, he came back with "ok, extra tomatoes". I love that kind of humor. It makes me feel like I am part of the family. Im going to start by saying the staff are excellent here. The lovely woman that was our waitress saw my 4 year old son and went out of her way to get him markers and paper for him to color with. She also gave him a book to color in to keep. It was extremely appreciated that she went above and beyond for us to do that. Now to the food, for the appetizers, we got the grape leaves and the Mykonos fries. Both were very good but I favored the grape leaves out of the two. This place is a classic! Staff are very sweet and attentive, the atmosphere is very, with greek inspired architecture and beautiful murals on the walls. Food is always delicious and served hot. They’ve always had the best soups, too. Food is reasonably priced, and the portions are VERY generous. Thanks again Mykonos!

*RASIST DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE* Just visited this restaurant this evening 4/23/2026– @6:50PM. The man who was working and answering the phone (possibly the owner but stating he is not). While I was waiting for my food decided to have a rather LOUD AND RASIST conversation with a fellow customer. They specifically stated that “black woman were aggressive” and when making that very BOLD statement so proudly in front of my face he screamed aggressively. Ironic right… then continued to make racial statements until I left. When I called back he made nothing but excuses and did not care. If this was
