An absolute gem of a restaurant in Hackensack. The hospitality, service, and food were all spectacular. They were incredibly flexible with us arriving 20 minutes late and we never felt rushed. Each item we ordered was thoughtfully prepared and to the highest standard. Our experience reminded us of some of our favorite steakhouses in Manhattan, but with an even better atmosphere. Our server, Aaron, was warm and attentive and treated us like family. It was the perfect place to spend an evening with family visiting in town. We cannot wait to return, and it won’t be long before we do!

What a beautiful restaurant!! Greeted at the door by the AGM Angela, friendly , gracious and professional, sat at a nice table and had the best service from Tonya!! Great crispy rice appetizers, tuna , salmon and steak tartare!! Caesar salad , just the right amount of cheese , delicious dressing and just right croutons, crispy and tender at the same time!! Grilled Branzino off the charts and the Capon Classic smash burger simply fantastic!! Tiramisu and Carrot Cake with dopio espresso rounded off a perfect lunch!! Stopped by for lunch today (5/13/26) with my wife, perused the menu and opted for the pre fixe menu, wife had the crispy rice which come 4 per order, 2 salmon 2 tuna. Man what burst of flavors that are fantastically balanced!! I had the Market Salad which was packed with citrus, crisp in season ingredients of baby lettuce, shaved asparagus, miso orange vinaigrette!! Just wow! Entrees we had the grilled Branzino, perfectly seasoned with awesome crispy skin, and steak frites perfect medium temp, crispy addicting fries, what a meal! My good friend Angela became a manager. So of course I came to support her and I am so glad I did! Drinks are great, food is great. My favorite PART is they have my favorite oyster always fresh.. Kusshi(s) . My other personal favorite dish there is their Chicken Parmesan! Chef Josh Capon is also an awesome guy. He has so much personality and is super hospitable. And that was even without me knowing he’s been on TV. Will be coming back lots of times.
