I was trying to see how their coffee , food and service. The only thing I like is the place . But the Latte coffee I got was warm not hot . You can drink it all the way through. The first almond croissant they serve was no almonds topping , so I ask the coffee associate to change it , he said it’s the same , I said no it’s not. So the other associate gave me another one with the almond topping on it. Don’t judge a persons appearance just because they are unable to comb their hair or not wearing expensive clothes. Giving good customer service is always highly appreciated .

Super kind staff, super fast service, great atmosphere! Junior helped me at the register with a super positive attitude and got me set up with some tasty chocolate banana bread and a best drink ever. Food was tasty, drink came out quick, and I was ready to sit with some Wifi and get some work done! My only recommendation is that they add more outlets besides just the one... Friendly staff makes it worthwhile regardless!

Better Buzz is my regular morning stop for coffee and food. The drinks and service are always great. I want to shout out Donovan at the Temecula Pkwy location. Even on busy mornings, Donovan keeps a calm, steady presence that gives me the sense he's running the ship. He also remembers me as a regular, which makes the visit feel personal. From what I see as a customer, he's already showing up like a leader.

If we could give 10 stars, we would. My bf and I are better buzz lovers and come any chance we get. There was quite a larger crowd than usual and we were waiting a short while for 2/3 items - we thought were maybe taken by mistake. When asked, they went ABOVE and BEEyond to get us our order ++ to make sure we were satisfied. We were anyway, but to see that type of customer service, you just don’t get anymore, was beautiful to encounter. Love ya Better Buzz!
