What an absolutely terrible experience. Apparently they charge you extra for any sauces. Not an extra sauces an original sauce with your order. We went ahead and paid for a sauce because who wants dry mozzarella sticks? She comes back tossed ranch at us instead of marinara and then ignored us when we told her we wanted marinara. Why even hire employees who don’t care? Belinda was her name, what an absolutely pathetic attempt at customer service. Do better Sonic and Belinda

Surprise, surprise! This Sonic was nothing less than amazing! Glad I did not check the reviews and just went ahead with my cravings for a fresh burger and tater tots! This Sonic fulfilled both of these as well as a diet cherry limeade. All were super refreshing and managed to stay together despite the crazy Phoenic heat. I finished mosf of the tots before I made it home and they were amazing! Nice crunch without too much saltiness. The limeade was amazingly refreshing and the burger did not disappoint! I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The customer service was poor, and the food quality did not meet expectations. My order was missing basic items, including a fork for my footlong coney, and although we ordered four drinks, no straws were provided. We also received only one napkin for the entire order. Greater attention to order accuracy and customer service would significantly improve the experience.
