I would give 20 stars for the service here if I could. I went in today to ask about a promotion that I wasn't getting my visits counted and Gary helped me find where to go for customer support. He was fantastic and should get a serious raise! Thank you Gary! 😊

Won’t give you a water while you wait to DoorDash their orders. One barista looked genuinely empathic that they couldn’t break policy. The morning manager had a smarmy smile on her face. Not to mention there wasn’t a single soul in there. kudos to the manager for protecting her profit margin.

Lots of baristas standing around chatting and refusing to take orders or clean tables. Had to order via app to get a drink and had to wipe down our table because all we're dirty.

It's a hit or miss. Asked for light ice (Sensitive teeth). Noticed when I got back to work my drink was made wrong. The matcha flavor was overpowering, had to throw it out since I got this during my break(no oatmilk to balance it out).
