absolutely awful and disgusting experience. i went through the drive-thru around 2:30 pm and not only was it the slowest location i've ever been to, the lady at the window had no manners and seemed annoyed. not only that, there was a fried HAIR in my chicken. i’ve never felt that sick after eating canes and i wont eat there ever again.

Me and my daughter ate her monday night and about an hour later she threw up everywhere, and after that threw up 4 more times, she had diarrhea, she was drowsy she couldn’t stay awake so we ended up taking her to the ER, they gave her zofran twice and she was still throwing up and was on the verge of passing out multiple times, we got admitted into the hospital that night where she was hooked up to 2 iv bags and was severely dehydrated, and had a fever. when we left the hospital i went to go look at her food and it was raw! it was green and the pieces she was eating were raw. We frequent this location often and order the same thing. Tonight was a bit different. Asked for 2 Caniac combos with NO drinks. Didn't realize we were charged for a large water until we reached the second window, YES, the first window was actually open this evening. The girl asked if we wanted a refund and we said yes, it took no less than 3 people to get it taken care of. Once we got home and opened the order up we realized and were very disappointed our combos were missing the cole slaw. The chicken was hot and tasty; the fries are just fries for us. Had Chicken for Lunch! It was good chicken and the sides were good. We all had THE BOX COMBO - 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, 1 Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast, Coleslaw, Regular Fountain Drink/Tea we added an extra sauce to each order! The Chicken had a good flavor but had lost its crunchy texture due to taking order home. Everything is different when you drive home with your order! Fries, Chicken, and Toast were not crunchy due to the drive. Things taste much better when you can eat the meal at the restaurant! All food was good. I just look forward to being able to eat it there. Good
