The lady at the window was very rude and had a terrible attitude. Not only was the service terrible but the food was as well. I had ordered a VEGETARIAN chalupa and when I bit into it I found multiple pieces of chicken. ALSO, the rice in the bowls were VERY hard and crunchy. It wasn’t cooked. Was very gross from what I could tell through the drive thru window - very unsanitary looking. Would not go again especially if you are vegan or vegetarian as there is meat in my tacos!!

Ordered at drive thru window on 7/23 between 550pm-6pm. The lady at window had an attitude when I arrived at the drive thru window. I didn’t have too much of an issue with it though until I opened my tacos they look like they were intentionally crushed.

During my once every six months Taco Bell indulgence, I visited this west Bell County delight. I was greeted immediately by a pleasant voice and amazing attitude on the other side of the microphone. She informed me that my go-to menu item was now placed at the top of the menu and that I personally was the reason for its success, I chuckled and proceeded to the window to exchange currency for my afternoon snack. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I usually have a good experience at this location. I went on my lunch break, sat in the drive thru line and when it was my turn, waited for someone to speak on the intercom and no one ever did. I waited about 4 minutes and figured I'd just pull up to the window and place my order but when I got there, the employee told me he never heard me saying "hello" out loud at the intercom but that he cannot take orders from the window and that I would have to pull around and wait in line again.
