Wake-Up Wrap - Bacon, Egg and Cheese: The size was a bit small, and the crust was a little dry, but the combination of bacon, fried egg, and cheese is still quite impressive, and at only $2.99, what more could you ask for?

This is horrible location- avoid at all cost! I stopped there as i was shopping in the plaza and being a Dunkin daily loyal member for the last 30 years, i can definitely know if there is a lot of cream in my ice coffee or if it is really a half-pump! When i ordered my iced coffee with half a pump cream, repeated half a pump 2 times, i got this white colored drink- obviously even more than one pump! When i told him this is more than a half pump cream he ignored me- i said give me a black one- he made me pay for both drinks (not about the money- but paying for their mistakes doesn’t sit well wi

I’ve grown up in Medford and have been coming to Dunkin’ for years, but this location has really gone downhill. This is the second time in a long while that I’ve stopped here, and unfortunately both visits had similar issues. The first time, I spent nearly five minutes in the drive-through just trying to place a very simple order: a strawberry frosted donut, a black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with American cheese, and two apple juices. Somehow, confirming American cheese became a major production, and after repeating it multiple times, the sandwich still came out with white

Terrible and rude service and the middle eastern language barrier doesn’t help. The workers don’t care when they don’t understand what you’re trying to order. Today, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and the croissant was burnt and crumpled when I bit into it. The hash browns were over-cooked and hard. Do yourself a favor and find a better managed Dunkin.
