Stopped by for brunch whilst visiting the mall. The Shake Shack wasn't busy at the time we visited (11am on a week day) so seating was plentiful. Order placed at a touch-screen, which felt a little disconnected, but the ordering screen was easily navigated. Our loaded fries and root beer float were prepared quickly and as a name was requested at ordering, this was called out for you to collect from the counter. Our topped fries were hot and with plenty of toppings, and tasted fresh. The root beer float was AMAZING...

The staff is so kind. Burgers a good. But, my star ratings are high just for the staff. Proof that friendly, efficient and kindness make everything taste good! Across the board, every staff member was smiling, happy and if they made eye contact with you...gave hellos, welcome and thank you. I stopped in yesterday just for a drink to support the team and get a genuine hello, how are you. Kuddos!!!
