I wonder why there are some fast food chains that are always poorly run. Hardees is one of those chains. The sad thing is that we love their breakfast sandwiches. My husband went to pick up an app order and said the restaurant was in complete chaos. Several people had been waiting on orders for a long time and his was not ready either. When he finally gets his order, he arrives home to find out that two special sides that we had paid extra for were missing. It can be terrible to try to get refunds for app orders so he drove all the way back to the restaurant.

I'm the person that will pick Hardee's almost every time as far as fast food. However the lady working the counter wasn't the most friendly. They were very stingy with the ketchup and I found out my burger was incorrect after I was on the road. That Hardee's also could use a severe facelift inside the store. You could do better.
