We used the mobile app to place our order. Upon arrival we were told they were out of pretzels. Not only were we refunded for the pretzels, but were given a card for free items. Bailey is the general manager who has recently moved in from out of state to turn the store around. His customer service was top of the line. I have had issues with this store in the past, but it appears they are making positive changes. Thank you Bailey!

Rarely will I ever post reviews. And I always try to give benefit or doubt because everyone has bad days. But this place just took poor customer service to a whole new level. Sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes (we were the 2nd car in line). Finally got to the window and paid for our order of 2 breakfast toasters, an iced coffee, and a refresher. Not a big deal. The guy at the window takes our money, then comes back and says "we're out of green tea for the refresher". Ok no worries. Just give my son something else similar. So he brings us a slushy that was WAY overflowing. So now I'm sticky

I normally do not leave reviews, but after what happened over the last TWO DAYS at this location, I feel people deserve to know what kind of chaos is going on here. Last night, I came in and there was an issue with the ice cream machine. To give credit where it’s due, the General Manager personally came out, explained the situation professionally, apologized, and even managed to get the machine working again. He handled the situation well and made things right, which is the ONLY reason I decided to give this location another chance today. BIG mistake. Tonight, I came back through the drive-

I’ll be there first to say that I don’t really eat at this location because the employees and management just seemed to not care at all BUT fast forward to last week I ordered from there and met the manager/GM Jonathan “bailey” and he is turning this place around! He has been working with his employees to ensure each customer has a great attitude with customer service and I can tell the difference! I had some issues due to technical issues with the mobile app but he greeted me, apologized for the inconvenience and even brought the food out to me, they wouldn’t had done that before. I hope this
