Eleuteria Tinoco★Ordered a big mac, with extra sauce, extra pickles. I received regular cheese burger buns, with two bottom buns and absolutely nothing in between the bottom two buns. I was incredibly annoyed that i had to drive back to have it re-done. The manager was incredibly polite, apologetic and remade it for me. I understand he can't supervise all orders, but he shouldn't have to for staff to do their tasks.

J K★There were no customers, and there were enough staff. All the tables were dirty, and no staff was interested in tables being dirty. I had to clean myself up and sit down. Both Kiosk are out of order. The fries are dry and turning black, at least six hours after they were fried. The burgers are also a mess, as if they were made to throw around.
