Melting pot has always been a fun place to enjoy cheese with bread and other varieties of hot fondue. Our cheese fondue was the best we opted for the Dinner for 2 which we got to choose the cheese option and then the meat options and as well as the dessert option. In the end, it was a little too much, but it was a great experience. Loved it.

So even though the food was really good and it was a nice experience I think it's overpriced. The fondue went really quickly. Boiling everything takes quite a while and the smoke coming off of the bowls was kind of choking us up. The process took so long we ended up being there after the place was closed which felt a little weird. I know we were paying but I hate to make people stay past their work hours. So order at least by 6:30 unless there's only two of you.

Ehhhh... A little frustrated this place has so much potential. Everything just seems so mediocre there's no Love in the food the waiters are just fake! Food and drinks is way overpriced! First and last time. However I am inspired to do more fondue at home. Final thought don't come to this place save your money buy a nice fondue set at Costco watch a few videos you'll think yourself!

We have been going to the melting pot for celebrations ever since they opened in Westlake. I have to admit the service in quality has been hit or miss the last few years. Yesterday was my son‘s 25th birthday and this is where he wanted to go reluctantly we agree. I have to say the food quality was better than it’s been in a long time but the service that we got from Jose was top-notch. He attended to every need we asked for and made the entire experience extraordinary. Melting pot you need more Jose‘s.
