Went in and tried to get my order of rice and beans and a side tortilla (literally all I eat from chipotle) and the cashier tried to charge me for a steak bowl along with my rice and beans and I had to tell him it wasn’t mine and then they had to correct the issue on their pos system, charge the correct customer and then come back to me. The cashier when charging me looked at my bowl of white rice , black beans, and fajita peppers and was confused on what to charge me so he charged me for a vegi bowl instead of a side which I’ve been getting charged for 3-4 bucks for years. I would like to get

Came to this location today, the food tasted like water. I had to throw away my whole bowl after trying it. My best friends bowl too. I don’t know if they didn’t dry the lettuce or if they boiled chicken in water… but this bowl was TERRIBLE. NOTHING had flavor NOTHINGGGGGG. My eyes were squinting while ordering because there was something burning in the back. This location needs to be shut down, because everybody in these reviews is not crazy and clearly it hasn’t gotten better.

cashier guy was rude, going too fast and needed to cancel our order twice to accommodate our rewards. staff has a very loud speaker playing music with profanity, kids were present. staff also using profanity by the drive thru window. overall not a good chipotle location.

This is usually my favorite Chipotle in the area. Today I walked in and the prep counter was very gross. Absolutely covered in cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and other wasted food product, no idea how long it's been sitting like that or if the dairy products have spoiled. 2 employees standing right there with one of their hands on top of the mess, just talking and neither one making any effort to clean. I'm a big Chipotle fan. I've never seen one like this. So gross. Yuck! I used to go to the one on Harlem north of here but it seemed like they ran out of chips a lot and I really like the chips.
