Best restaurant in Tom’s River hands down. Sean created an experience for us that we won’t forget. The table was perfect, nice and quiet in the dining room away from the lounge area where music is a little louder and tv screens show the daily sports events. The food was incredible, we had the Sesame Tuna, Garlic Shrimp, Split Pea Soup and the Chef’s soup special homemade New England clam chowder. Not a drop or bite left on anything in that first course. For dinner we had the chicken Marsala but without the pasta and some broccoli instead (doctors orders) and the lamb shank special. Words

I recently visited Artisans in Toms River again and unfortunately for the last time after another disappointing experience. I want to start by saying the servers themselves were excellent, attentive, polite, and clearly doing their best. However, it was very uncomfortable witnessing how they were treated by the owner. On multiple occasions, I observed the owner speaking to staff in a belittling and disrespectful manner it was heartbreaking to witness. I held a baby shower at Artisan’s back in 2018 and while the design and decor has changed … the food and service has remained the BEST! I recently held a graduation party for about 35 people and everyone had a fabulous time. The private space was beautiful and spacious, the buffet was delicious, and they kept the drinks flowing! The servers were so attentive and ensured everyone had a great time. I’m sure I will need another venue in the future for another life event and will absolutely be back. Thanks for making this party so simple to plan!

We went to the Thanksgiving buffet. We had a party of 8. The food was excellent. Turkey was juicy, butternut squash was delicious as were the brussel sprouts. The mashed potatoes were so tasty (homemade!) and everyone loved the sweet potatoes. The homemade gravy was great. The assortment of desserts we excellent also. There was nothing that anyone didn't like. The staff is great also. Everyone was polite and friendly. Our server Zoe was so sweet and attentive.
