He is a fantastic employee and works super hard to take care of the guests! Regardless of whatever else may be going on, taking care of people is always his priority. Went in to watch the UFC fight and wasn’t causing any issues. I don’t drink, so I had a water bottle. Everything was completely fine until a new server came over and loudly yelled across the entire bar that it was “illegal” for me to have it. That is flat-out wrong. There is no Utah law that makes it illegal to have a water bottle in a bar. Laws apply to outside alcohol — not water. If you’re going to call something “illegal,” at least know what you’re talking about before embarrassing someone in front of a packed room.
