I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent visit. I ordered a fruit juice, hot chocolate fudge and an ice cream cone. I was disappointed to witness the staff member handling the ice cream cone with their bare hands. Given the current health standards, serving ready-to-eat food without gloves or proper hand protection is unacceptable. I hope you will address this hygiene issue with your staff immediately. We waited for sometime to see how she handles food, she didnt wear her gloves at all and was serving others the same way.
