I bought a salad and it was a old salad chicken was bitten off same with the tomatoes I called because I wnated to return the worker said we can't do nothing about it it was freshly made if it was freshly made then did a worker take a bite out if it it clearly looks like someone too. Abite out of it I'm so mad because it's gross why would they sell a trashy salads why can't I just get a new one or my money back the worker was so rude to me saying we can't do nothing about it 11st jack in the box shame in you I guarantee you wouldn't eat a salad like what you sold me

I got boba here and the boba was hard it wasnt even soft! My burger meat tasted like STRAIGHT UP CHEMICALS! And Ive been here many times and they always mess up my boba order but at least the boba was soft. I wouldn’t recommend getting food here and recommend the jack in the box on grant line instead 😒

I was stuck in the drive thru for 10 minutes while the cashier talked to the car in front of me. I finally got to the window, got the smallest large coffee I have ever seen and left. I tried the coffee as I was leaving and it was barely still warm.

They consistently will mess up orders. If your food contains two patties they'll give you 1, if it contains 2 slices of cheese they will give you 1. If it contains onions rings they wont give you onions rings. The "forget to put cheese in tacos" pinching pennies will loose your customers.
