Ordered a cookout tray with a burger. I asked for mustard chili slaw and pickles. I received a burger with mustard slaw pickles and ONIONS. Mind you I was charged extra for the chili that I did not receive and on top of that the onions were so big my burger could have hula hooped with them… I also asked for extra ice in my sweet tea and received maybe a handful of ice. I looked at my ticket and my order wasn’t taken incorrectly just made incorrectly. This is the second time in a month my order was incorrect last time I got no pickles. Price is right and the food is pretty good for what it is but, 75% of the time my order is wrong even though I ask the order taker to please repeat my order back to me! Also, its 50/50 but half the time the cashier is very rude and the vibe i get is that im an inconvenience! If these two things where to change I would give 5 stars not 3 stars! Finally, if I get the same auto generic computer response to this review like everyone else got im going to change this to a 1 star. Fr ... because that tells me no one even cares which is why nothing ever changes!

The absolute rudest staff I've encountered there in a long time. If the guy taking the orders would stop flirting with the girls he wouldn't ask me my order 10 times. Then the girl handed me 2 trays when I ordered 3 and said have a good day and when I told her I had 3 tryas she got am attitude and said chill its coming. We go here once every blue moon because of the same issue.
