Tried here because the other 2 places we wanted to try didn't work out. Waitress was super nice. Place got busy really fast. Drinks are really good but expensive. Food was great but still expensive. It's on the 3rd floor which is pretty neat to me. Decor was really cute. I loved the chandelier, big windows and pretty plants in the bar.

Proof Gastropub, provides you with an exclusive high rise sort of feel, mingled among other businesses in one nest of luxury. The restaurant design, is simplistic yet elegant, with a certain warmth to it, that's easy to get lost in. The bartender was a highlight of the experience, providing great service, with insights into anything you might hold a keen eye upon, in their selection of excellence at this establishment. Proof Gatropub is a must visit if you are in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is full of great choices but I have been craving one of these burgers since i first saw them on social media. The Proof burger absolutely did not disappoint. The 3 hour slow cooked onions and the bacon almost steal the show but the perfectly medium cooked and seasoned angus and ribeye blend beef shines through every bite. Another restaurant that charges 3% credit card fee. The view from the restaurant was nice, only if you sit by the window or outside. There is an elevator to take you to the top floor. I had the smoked pork nachos, they were very tasty. I liked the cheese they used. I had fish and chips. COD wasn’t fresh but more likely a frozen item that was deep fried. You can tell. I took some bites. Didn’t take any leftovers. The sweet potatoes fries were delicious. My drinks were good. La Paleta I recommend.
