Coming here brings back fond memories of Billy Sims' days with the Lions, as well as the Oklahoma Sooners. It's fun to see all the memorabilia while you eat. The theme is based around tailgating, and the strength of the menu is its versatility. On one of my visits, I tried several different sampler sliders to determine where my interests lie. For me, I liked pulled pork the best, but the beef brisket and balogna were formidable. Absolutely love this Billy Sims BBQ in Troy. The service there is the best! I rely on their experience to suggest the best options for the number of people I want to serve. They go out of their way to make sure I get the most value for my money, and they are never wrong. Walked in on the way to my daughter's house to help babysit their new 3 week old and bring dinner (wanting plenty of leftovers so they wouldn't have to cook).
