Needed comfort food. Thought chicken nuggets might do it. Not fine dining, just familiar. I didn't think they would drop the ball so spectacularly. The nuggets were shriveled and about half the thickness of the normal chicken nuggets I had gotten a week prior. They tried to have a chicken nugget flavor. Nope. I will no longer be giving them my money. Do yourself a favor, drive on.

Said I was in a hurry, no need for change 3 times and the cashier kept insisting, asking if I had the exact amount for change or she would go find some in the back. Then, instead of handing me my order the 2nd window person stood in front of the window and talked to someone else with my bag in hand for a minute. I was the only person there. Service would have been fast and fine if not for this.

Too many teenagers with foul mouths in this place. And, the staff! The staff talk in a group OUTSIDE of the service counter--at a booth, whether standing or sitting, and they each wait on another to take the initiative to help the customer (me, in this case). I was using the BOGO promo with my survey code. I bought the Spicy McCrispy Chicken sandwich. One was an actual Spicy McCrispy Chicken sandwich, the other was two spicy nuggets with a squirt of sauce on a bun. PLUS, I WAITED FOR TEN WHOLE MINUTES FOR MY ORDER AND NO ONE WAS WAITING BEFORE ME. This location needs to be shut down.
