So, I’d like to preface by saying I love Roxy’s. My partner and I order it at least once a month. Aside from it being yummy, a main draw is also the portion sizes. I normally order the katsu moco, and since I can’t ever finish it all, I get two meals. Last night I ordered what I always do—reordered, in fact, from DD remembering the last time I got it. The $6 large fried noodles was a small scoop. I was shocked. I used to go all the time, took a small break, came back with my daughter. Completely ripping people off. Absolutely shocking. Go to any other Hawaiian restaurant! It literally is like an ice cream scoop of noodles for $6

This is the spot, if you are looking for a nice dining experience with delicious food, a clean and well-maintained space, and friendly, attentive staff. The views are beautiful, which adds to the overall atmosphere. My favorite dish is the teriyaki beef plate, served with noodles and a fresh salad. Consistently full of flavor! I’ve also tried the teriyaki chicken plate and the kalbi ribs, both of which were excellent. I highly recommend this location for great food and a pleasant dining experience.
