Kelly Randall Creecy★★★Most locations are accurate 100% of the time. However, this is not the first (or second) time the Tucker (Hugh Howell) store erred when including my extras. They were WRONG and I had to say something so that this does not continue. For my Southwest Chicken Salad, roasted almonds and harvest nut granola were supplied instead of the correct items, ie, tortilla strips and pepitas. Please do better and uphold the accuracy normally associated with Chick-fil-A.
Michael L★We usually have a good experience at any Chick-fil-a. That why I am so disappointed. We waited for 5 minutes to order, no one in line ahead of us, we went to sit with the little plastic thing. After about 10 minutes I went to see if there was a problem, the male manager was in the line corral talking with a woman. Our food was sitting on the counter getting cold. The young lady saw me and brought me the food. Back at the table my wife’s sandwich had pepper jack not Colby Jack, back to the front. 2 more minutes, 4 more minutes waiting for the sandwich to be remade. The cheese was not even melt

Ashley P★I ordered a Grilled Chicken meal. After leaving, I noticed a hair on my sandwich. I returned to the location and told them about it. The manager on duty, a young, skinny African American female, apologized for the mistake and replaced my order and provided me with complimentary cards towards my next purchase. They remade my sandwich on a buttered bun instead of multigrain like advertised. I didn’t make a fuss about it because I needed to eat something and didn’t care to go back a second time.
