Mari Asinomas★★★★★I was shocked Super clean, mom loved her coffee I loved my fresh delish strong coffee not light at all just how we like it, but above all the employees. Usually you could hear what's goin on with the employees right. They all seemed genuinely happy and laughing their cheer flowed with every customer. Idk but, there's usually not so much feng shui at fast food places. The flow of this one was perfect. All different colors of the rainbow came in n out and here I am representing brown so I'm always looking out for ugly ppl now a days. But, because the service made you feel good I think it flowed

I also occasionally go through the drive thru because it’s the closest McDonald’s to me. They’re typically very nice, etc. the only thing is they never have fresh fries. Like literally never. They REALLY need to prioritize fresh fries when that’s why most people enjoy McDonald’s. I could understand occasional non fresh fries but it’s literally EVERY time, and I mean cold.
Michele R★★★★★MUCH IMPROVED!!! We had stopped coming to this location. Front counter employees were rude, service was horrible and the dining room was dirty. So was the restroom. Today things were so much better. Counter team friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and delicious. Iced tea was available, fresh and tasty.
Blanca Dicochea★Went in for ordered on my app and it took them over 30 minutes to get my food. When I asked what was taking so long the MANAGER ROSA instead of being apologetic was extremely rude. Waited annother 10 minutes for food . For 2 burgers and an happy meal. After I get my order the food was cold and I had to go back to get it fresh.AGAIN Rosa was very rude and unprofessional. ROSA does not have good customer service and also should see about her tone of communication with customers. EXTREMELY UPSETTING! No apology whatsoever. Food was horrible, place was dirty , employees in the back with music so
