I ordered THREE MEALS. Only received one burger not even the fries for that burger was in the bag Not a single sauce just Banana pudding shake and a large drink No kids meal no jr burger wouldn’t let me talk to a manager just nothing. everything was missing. Bag was sealed so was my drink tray they blamed door dash but literally it was a tiny stapled bag. With a drink bag. It was packed in there and nobody seemed to want to help at all. I drove there. It wouldn’t make sense for me to steal my own food and waste gas in this economy.. I just wanted lunch. Sadly. This is My first experience with

Thank you to the front service team for greating us as we walked in. We live down the street from the 41st location of Whataburger, but drive the extra mile for the service and fresh food that they always give us a correct order through drive thru or when we stay in to eat. I would have given 5 stars on the atmosphere if the door facing the street didn't keep opening. That's a security issue plus the cold air kept coming in. Besides that my burger and fries were hot and fresh. Please go train the staff at 41st.

I visited this location on Saturday around 1pm....I ordered a whatcha chicken sandwich, whatcha jr.burger, onion ring and frend fries.the whole thing cost 23$...i think thats a lot for fast food...while the food is always hot and fresh, it did take some time....15-20 min.thats kinda a long time for fast food to me...we went in to order. A manager took our order, then several other people came in....it was busy....the restaurant is dated....bathrooms needed to be kept up.....
