First time to Yokozuna, Our server Jerika and Maria were our servers and they were both great! We ordered Jerika’s recommendations and I’m so glad we did! The fried sweet potato appetizer was the bomb. We had the Roll &Gift and a Hot mess! Both delicious. With I had room for more! We also loved the atmosphere! (Downtown Tulsa)

I had the Chirashi with Yellowtail, Tuna and Salmon. Think of it as a deconstructed sushi roll. At the bottom is a layer of Sushi rice. Other toppings include, avocado, mango, cucumber, cilantro and a spicy sauce. It was very good! The fish was very tender! $25 seems reasonable when you consider there is enough in the bowl for 2-3 sushi rolls.

After a long day, I was looking forward to a good meal and a few drinks! Yokozyna did not disappoint!!! Chloe, my server, was AWESOME! I got a happy hour appetizer that she recommended, the pan fried gyoza. Super tasty! Then I ordered a spicy tuna roll, which I loved. I tried the smoked brisket fried rice, which was unexpected, but GREAT! All in all, a great time!
