Wrong address. They need to update this Google listing for this coffee bean.but that's not the issue. I called to ask them where their location was since Google sent me to somewhere else. Someone picked up, said hello, you hear people laughing and playing around in the background. Then the phone disconnects. Management needs to do surprise visits. Sounds like the employees are playing around. Not running a business. Coffee was good though.

I stopped by to grab a coffee and some snacks. The cashier wearing the heart earrings was incredibly rude and giving an attitude. So, of course I’m not going to leave a tip, why would I? Her attitude was unnecessary and unprovoked. I made it a point to interact as kindly as possible. The other barista making the coffee was nice and was wearing her name tag, the cashier was not. Gosh, I wonder why? Once she realize I didn’t leave a tip she rudely tossed the snack I purchased in my direction.

Love the coffee but I usually order online for pick up but today I walk in to order in person and the cashier (David) was extremely rude. He brushes off your request like they don't matter and rushes you. This is my first time ordering in person. And I didn't know how to ask for my drinks. It's just very poor customer service.

🫠Cookie Butter Latte….. oh my goodness. I thought it would be to sweet (even though I like sweet) and the thought of butter in my coffee has always made my stomach turn. I tried something new and it was wonderful! Before I left the store I was turning my cup upside down trying to get every drop. Helpful, friendly, and patient staff 💕
