Ive been coming to this place for the 4th or 5th time. And this time it was absolutely nasty. We revived a vegetable tray for our pho and it seems that the plate was re used another costumer , that’s nasty!!! I’m never coming back here ever again.

I paid in cash, yet there were still extra fees added to the bill. If a customer pays cash, it makes no sense to charge a processing fee. For a $16+ bowl of noodle soup, I expected better value and fresher ingredients. The bean sprouts and vegetables were not fresh at all. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the price.

Pho Way has been my go-to pho spot for a while now, they’re the best!! But for the first time, I decided to try more of the menu, and I was blown out of this world. We got the Thai tea, seafood pho, short rib pho, short ribs with fried rice, and fried chicken. Everything was sooo good. The portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the flavors are on point. Plus, the staff is really friendly and the service is great. I definitely recommend!

Pho Way was one of my favorite places to eat in Union. The Bold flavors and customer service were factors that kept me coming back. My recent visit there, however, changed my view of Pho Way. Im very big on hygiene and public health safety. I saw a kitchen staff member go into the bathroom with their apron on and gloves. I heard the toilet flush and immediately the worker walked out right after the flush. With the same apron and gloves on. That is unacceptable and unsanitary. It not only gave the impression that their hands weren’t washed but also that gloves are re-used. Situations like this
