Went there for the first time - pleasantly surprised. Excellent food and service (tried several items - all great. Guac was heat too)and the Jalapeño infused margarita - very good. Main knock, the chips were great but the salsa with it was very average (that’s the reason was for 4 stars on the food). Overall, nothing fancy about the ambience - but it’s fun atmosphere, fresh food and excellent service with owner saying hello everyone. A must try.

Had such a great experience at Red Cadillac in NJ! The food was absolutely delicious — I had the steak nachos and fish tacos, and both were so flavorful and fresh. Luis, the bartender, was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I went with two girlfriends and we all had such a fun time. The entire staff was incredibly pleasant, and the young woman who greeted us at the front door was so warm and attentive. Overall, such a great vibe, great service, and amazing food. Definitely coming back!

The food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I almost threw up eating my fish tacos. The margarita was wayyy too sweet and the sangria tasted like cough medicine. The service was great tho …. But I would highly recommend not eating here.

Incredibly laid back place. Didn't really know what to expect coming in on a random Thursday night, but it was exactly what I was looking for without knowing it. Good food for a good price. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Music at just the right volume. Crowd wasn't noisy at all. Red lighting makes it feel like you're in a dive bar even though you're not. Very happy I stopped by.
