I’ve been to a couple different Mod pizzas, but this particular location is a mess. I will not return here again. It wasn’t crowded at all, but we waited for over 30 minutes just to order and pay. There were not enough employees for the dinner hour. There were only 3 total, but there should have been at least 4-5. The volume of online orders is too much and should require at least two staff. The food prep person definitely needed help too, as did the oven person. They also needed a cashier. They all looked lost, confused and we’re just so slow. Completely checked out. It was bizarre a

Great pizza that is made fast and good. I love that you can customize the pizza with a lot of different toppings. The people are always great, and even though there is a line is moves fast. Will be going back. :)

Everytime I’ve gone into this MOD they’ve been understaffed which causes the wait time to vary. It can be long if they have a lot of online orders to fulfill. The last time I went in was around 11am. There was only one person in front and one person in back to do prep. I honestly felt so bad for them because I could see they had at least 12 online orders and then people started coming in behind me. I asked if someone maybe called out but unfortunately they told me there’s always 2 people until late afternoon. Which obviously is so MOD can save money. However, I don’t see how this won’t end up

Been coming here since they opened and the service has declined. Many times as of recent I have not been "welcomed in", and the kids working here have low concept of customer service. No sense of urgency or food handler conduct. No smiles or much eye contact if at all. You don't braid your hair out in front for folks to see. You don't chew gum while handling food. The dining area and trash area is lacking in care. While with customers you don't participate in personal conversations. I was trained to treat everyone as if they were the health department ... you never know! I come from customer
