I've been coming here since December of 2025 and they continously impress me. The service from the staff is fantastic, and the coffee is amazing. I am very picky with my orders (lots of customized drinks) but they always get it right. Can't recommend them enough. Try a blended vanilla with a cold coffee base and 2 hot shots on top, PHENOMENAL!!

Cashier was so busy and distracted talking to an old folk. Cashiers seem too young. They don’t know any customer service. No hello no have a good day. Just there standing to take ur order. Coffee was nasty as well. Arrived here 6am, my coffee has no sugar in it. As a healthcare I want good coffee. First and last time.

We are from out of town and desperate for a good iced coffee, stumbled upon Rad and insanely pleasantly surprised by how smooth our drink was. If you want a great iced coffee that isn’t all fluff and syrupy tasting, grab the Spanish iced latte (half sweet)… anytime we’re in Rialto, we’ll be back for another.
