Like others rightfully point out, this particular establishment is negatively marked by the mentality ill people who frequent the place. People yell, smoke, and approach you, making the atmosphere incredibly uncomfortable and hostile for the average person. Its unfortunate this is the case, I dont think its the staffs fault, but people looking to sit down and eat a decent meal would fair better off somewhere else.

The employees are great and doing their best but this location is a makeshift halfway house. The patrons are regularly causing problems, playing loud music in the dining room, zero courtesy to other guests. McDonald’s needs to be stricter about etiquette and remove those who don’t follow

I preorder a lot and say I’m already there because it’s a couple of blocks away and I’m impatient :-) Today I did a preorder and said I was already there but then I got stuck on a phone call and came 20 min later - fully expecting a cold bag (my fault). I was surprised that I had to wait a few min for my food - wasn’t my cold bag sitting there for 20 min? Well, these nice folks took it upon themselves to make me a fresh order - they didn’t have to do this and it was so appreciated!

Stop in and you might meet your new best friend or even a new lover. They are the beating heart of our community. Without McDonald’s, I don’t know what we’d have left
