This was our first time here. Absolutely amazing food. The breadsticks are so good. Dare I say better than olive gardens! We will definitely be coming back for sure. Their lasagna was amazing the Alfredo ingredient really gave it that homemade lasagna taste and it really topped it off.

Food is always good for fast food. However, the manager was screaming from the back at the manager in the front. She was very unprofessional. Trying to berate him in public. I felt bad for him. I'm sure he was very embarrassed. He probably needs to have her position and she needs to find a job suited for her very loud personality. The manager at the front counter was so very nice and helpful and made sure we always had enough bread sticks. He was perfection .

The food here has always been good and consistently hits the spot. The breadsticks are definitely a highlight—always fresh and delicious! There aren't many Fazoli's around these days, so whenever I find one and stop in, I leave happy and satisfied with the meal. In my opinion, the prices can feel a little expensive for what it is, but the quality of the food makes it worth the visit every once in a while. If you're looking for a quick and reliable Italian meal, this is a great choice. I'll definitely keep stopping by whenever I’m in the area!

This restaurant does not comply with Federal and State Law concerning Service animals. A friend of mine was verbally assaulted by the manager today while in the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was the manager rude to the customer but was also overly aggressive shouting at the animal's handler stating that their restaurant policy is to not allow service animals on the property. I know the animal and the handler very well and have seen them in multiple restaurants and other public places. This service animal is WELL trained and follows appropriate commands. The only thing
