So I show up and it's a 24 hour McDonald's with 2 lanes. 1 lane has a car in it, so I pull to the other and wait. We're waiting for a while and finally the one car orders and I assume it's my turn. Nope the car behind it orders and I'm waiting. I notice a guy on foot standing behind the car and they get to him first. So I decide to pull back and pull into that lane. And they take the guys order who ordered on the app who is also on foot. So I order and worst mannerisms for a McDonald's. I imagine there's a more customary way to take an order but that's out the window. No ask if I want a differ

Waited 10 mins in the drive through with no acknowledgment. Pulled up to the window and still no acknowledgment. Went inside and proceeded to wait an additional 20mins for 2 burgers and 2 mcchickens that must have been sitting in the heater for hours. Absolutely disgusting environment and the workers move with zero urgency. I recommend skipping this location

HORRIBLE this McDonald’s is one of the worst I have EVER been to I went to this McDonald’s on the way home and I was tired and cranky and the bathroom was locked and there was literal garbage on the table and a person sleeping at a table on the corner the roof was leaking the floor was literally soaked I almost slipped and fell on my way in the drink station looked dirty and we waited for fifteen minutes and the employees were eating before serving us and didn’t even say hello when we came in and it was way understaffed I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s again

It's pretty sad when you pull up to the drive through window and you get told hold on a minute and you end up waiting almost 10 minutes. And then you place your order. And they tell you that you can't have something, because it's broken. They never fix stuff around here. So would you like to order something else then? When you get up to the cash air.
