I truly never leave a review. I am not picky, and will eat just about anything no matter how bad. But I felt compelled after this experience. I know a Wendy’s in Utica is not a high quality restaurant, but this was truly terrible. First, I try the drive through. The man behind the microphone muttered “you’ll have to order inside, we’re understaffed.” This makes zero sense to me, but I had a long day and really just wanted a burger, so I go in. I dont ever complain for them screwing up a order but today was crazy I went thru the drive thru ordered a number 6 and two 6 piece chicken nuggets then the cashier had me pull to the side for over twenty minutes then i drove home to find a plain chicken sandwich with just cheese cold fries and no sauce for my nuggets even paid for extra sauce so I drove all the way back because the sandwich wasnt any good just for them to be rude and act liked I messed there order up and i still didn't get any sauce and she just made me another chicken sandwich no apologies or anything she even refused to tos

Sold me old food . Food so old I wasn't even hungry anymore. And the dressing on the sandwich looked old. Just know when come here check your food . I had to come way from other side of town just to get my refund and the lady took her time then proceeded to ask me what size the meal was like I didn't have the receipt present. If you like Wendy's probably not your first stop I'm just saying.

Don’t stop here! We wanted a quick stop but it was bad all around. Took forever to get our order. EVERYTHING was bad! Burgers we stale and old. Taco Salad lettuce was brown and chips were expired! Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money! Would give 0 *’s if possible. Store was filthy! Very poor representation of a national food chain.
