I recently visited your store and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be lacking, as the staff were not very attentive or courteous. Additionally, the Red Bull energy drink I ordered was not filled to the requested size; I asked for a large cup, but it was only partially filled. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention.

Fantastic as always! Love the vibes and one of the workers I feel bad I didnt get the name but he asked us if the drink we ordered is our regular and recognized us from the day before! This type of service is so rare nowadays. Cant wait to make this our regular spot.

Horrible parking lot set up to begin with. Second, I had to pay twice because they said my payment didn't go through on the tablet when it did and I was charged. Third, the strawberry colada rebel I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the picture. The picture shows a generous amount of strawberries filled to the top of the cup. Mine had what looked like one little skimpy tea spoon of strawberries and was not filled to the top. And when I mentioned this to the girl at the window all she said was "oh." Didn't offer to add more strawberries or remake it or anything. Just "oh." What a complete
