As a first time customer to this specific location my party and I were very impressed with such a great experience. The food was delicious, prepared efficiently, and arrived fresh & within a timely manner. The staff was friendly and their customer service was fantastic, especially the server Alex/Alexander. He was excellent in his personable demeanor, knowledge of the menu, and attentive to our needs and wants. My party and I have not had such wonderful accommodations in a very long time. So, please offer him a bonus and/or raise because he represented the brand exceptionally.

We love coming to IHOP, but today’s visit really stood out thanks to Alfredo. We have little ones, and he went above and beyond anticipating our needs—he even brought us napkins right before we realized we needed them. That kind of attentiveness made a huge difference for us. Alfredo was incredibly cordial, attentive, and genuinely sweet throughout our meal. It’s not often you come across service like that. If we can, we’ll always be requesting Alfredo from now on.
