I’ve always had good experiences shopping at Lucky in Vacaville, and one of the biggest reasons is the staff. Everyone is usually friendly and helpful, but Lourdes especially always stands out. She’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and always takes the time to say hello to my little girl whenever we come in. Small things like that really make a difference and give the store a more personal, neighborhood feel that’s hard to find nowadays. The store itself is also very clean and well organized. They always have fresh fried chicken. They're old Fashioned Chicken Salad is really good. In particular , the ladies and the deli and food section are really nice. The cashier is a nice as well. They are very familiar with the products and suggest some good products they've used themselves when doing a recipe. One employee in particular , told me about the best italian cheese and it really worked for my lasagna. They do have a restroom but they will not allow you to use it on your own they have to unlock it cause it's way in the back , but I do understand due to people coming in maybe in other

It's a decent grocery store, though I mainly shop produce, dairy products, and the 5 items for $5 in their meat dept. Downloading the app and meticulously snagging the digital coupons has been great.

Terrible service. They fight with me about a price. So the guy takes five minutes to go confirm. Comes back and says it’s the price he says it is. Digital coupon. I said the coupon is on your app. I show the lady. She won’t do it. Calls the manager. After 10 minutes I gave up and left. Manager walks out and doesn’t give a you know what when I said I’ll buy elsewhere. Just walks away. Really quality service. One star isn’t enough for this place. Customer service from the check out to manager is as poor as it gets
