Yesterday around 3 PM I went through the drive-thru and got a combo with a Coke. Good thing I tasted it before leaving because it was completely flat and tasted awful. I let the girl at the window know, and instead of apologizing she just goes "do you want me to change it?"..like yes?? Obviously?? A simple "sorry about that" would've gone a long way. SO I switched to a Dr Pepper and somehow that one was ALSO flat. Was traveling with a friend. I told him to order first, then when I was ready to order, I said "and the next order is" and they stopped me and said they can't do more than one order per car. I've never heard this at any fast food place before, since all you do is confirm the first order and move onto a new one, just like if it's the next car in line. I thought I misunderstood. You really can't do more than one order? "No, you have to pay for the first one first." So you want me to drive up, have my friend pay for his, then go around the building and go through the line a second time? "Yes."

This is the worst. Their service was horrible and lazy. They are very rude to customers and had me waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive through just to place my order. Then when I paid and received my food, I had noticed it kind of sounded like coins were in my food and I thought I was trippin. Until I opened my sandwiches and realized there were multiple coins in my food. They were handling money and food with the same hands or something. This is discuting. And when I called to let someone know, they had said “okay” then hung up. What a discrase. Never going to Jack in the box ever again.
