The wait time here is ridiculous. It took four minutes just for someone to take my order; I asked two employees for help, but they just kept walking. It wasn't until I spoke up loudly that an employee finally came over to the register and took my order—and they were rude about it. It took another seven minutes for my drink to be ready. Why are the portions here so small? The iced coffee I got was full of ice almost to the bottom. I ended up taking a sip while the rest of the cup was just ice. I’m paying for coffee not a cup full of ice. Don’t get me started with the chicken jalapeno pocket. Yall a scam.

I made a purchase on 2/28 that didn’t attach to my Rewards account due to a barista error. Because of that, my birthday reward didn’t load. I contacted chat and phone support and was told nothing could be done. Way to start off people’s birthdays!! Edit: Yeah, this place obviously doesn’t care about its customers or customer service. The “owner” replied to my review with a generic mass link that they replied to everyone with that doesn’t send you anywhere to contact them or provide further information. If you care about being treated like a person and good customer service DON’T come here

This place is horrible. I come here only because it's near where I live. The staff are super loud they are basically yelling at the cash register and other. The girl just moved chairs at 1 PM on July 3 she was so loud it was amazing. No decorum. No courtesy. Completely oblivious to those of her his customers. They need to be talked about courtesy.
