This was not my first bad experience with this location but, it will definitely be the last. I received two basically RAW pizzas!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I'll take my chances with Papa John's or even Little Caesars at this point. UPDATE: Filed a complaint with both the store and on their website. It's been a week and they have made no effort to resolve the problem. The only response I got back was an email informing me that the complaint was received. DO BETTER!

I ordered a medium thin crust. The crust was not cooked. The marinara sauce was confused for ketchup. The pan of cheese sticks were cooked perfectly but I ordered marinara dipping sauce. It was ketchup. I was very disappointed. How does a conveyor oven cook a thick pan of cheese sticks but can't cook a thin crust pizza? Had to throw it in the trash. Ketchup isn't pizza sauce.

Pasta was SO DRY, and the young boy on the phone was so rude! After working all day and get him me to eat the last thing I want to do is call and complain about my overpriced food. I called 2 days later when I had a day off and he basically nothing was guna be done! This is not the first time we have had poorly made food by this Pizza Hut!

Had a little mishap with door dash not bringing my drinks but a quick phone call to the store and the girl is sending them to me no problem! Quick service, great pizza & helpful staff! Keep it up I will be coming back (:
