Went here for a late birthday celebration with family, it was my first time here and I was extremely impressed. Parking is quite limited, but it's worth it if you can get in. Cassie W was our server and she was quick to get refills, helpful with suggestions, and didn't upcharge me for grenadine to make a cherry coke. My sister had the grilled cheese with a side of Mac n cheese, my mom had the Aussie burger with a side of the haus fries, and I had the big texan (burger of the month pictured) with a side of chili. Looking for a decent Burger? Hit up the McDonald's, you will be better off. Started off with water. The waitress let us know we weren't the first to talk about how terrible the water is. Ended up bringing bottled water. Why not just offer that uo front, knowing it's an issue? The Haus burger, with bacon and a fried egg, sounds amazing, right? That's as far as that went. What a disappointment. A heated up frozen patty with some decent add- ons, to unsuccessfully hide the freezer burn. Fries were mediocre at best. I will say the pickle chips were absolutely amazing. Really pricy for what you get. The burgers were average. I love a juicy burger, but these were quite dry. The mac n cheese is severely lacking too. But I will say, they have the best fried pickles I've ever had! The fries were good too. Service was mid. I wouldn't recommend coming here, but I didn't hate it.
