How do you mess THIS up? I went in for a caramel and mocha frappe. Simple. Easy. Not rocket science. Somehow, the gas station barista alchemists decided to create… whatever THIS was. Instead of caramel and mocha, I think they blended sadness, regret, and maybe windshield washer fluid. The whipped cream looked like it was tired of life, and the drink itself tasted like someone almost described a mocha to the blender but got distracted mid-sentence. By the second sip, I wasn’t sure if I was drinking coffee or if my taste buds were being punished for stopping there. If you ever need a reminder

I have to say the guy at the gas register was great. The guy in the food section walked past me several times before I had to raise my voice to get his attention, he was talking and drinking in the back area, I was the only customer there and being ignored, the fries I ordered are old and burnt. Also did not get the ketchup I ordered online. Won't order food from them again.

My wife and I came in for a last-minute dinner and had a simple question about whether they were out of rice. We tried to get the attention of an employee (M.J.) who was just spreading mayonnaise on a bun. I said “excuse me, sir” four times, and only then did he rudely respond with, “I’m busy, be patient.” The store was nearly empty, and this level of disrespect completely ruined our trip. It’s clear that basic customer service isn’t a priority here. I won’t be coming back to this location and will choose Plant City or Valrico Wawa instead. M.J Ruined our night because my wife felt embarrassed

Better food than you would find at most gas stations! Lol. The staff is amazing and friendly and they do a great job of keeping the store and the property clean! Proud to say that I shop at Wawa.
