I don’t understand why this Dunkin has a sub-4 let alone sub-3 average, on Yelp. This is the best Dunkin in a 15 mile radius! From Wadsworth to McHenry. I was never a Dunkin person until I came to this location, always Starbucks or McDonald’s, but for the last 8+ months I forgot those places existed for coffee. Not to mention the bagel meal deal (when available which should be all the time) is the best bang for your buck. Best value around and this location has the best taste around. Haven’t looked back and the rewards have paid for themselves already!

I go to this location at least once a week. Personally I have never had a problem with any of my food at this location, another one by my work burns toast a lot lol. The staff is always very friendly and they get your order out quickly. Overall this is my favorite Dunkin location.

I always liked their seasonal releases but every time a different person makes it, it comes out so different. Today I tried a matcha with extra cookie butter cold foam and light Ice. I pull to the window, there was only a very thin layer of cold foam, definitely not light Ice and the drink was so frothy it was like air. There wasn't enough milk within the drink, it's like all I got was bubbles. This used to be my go to Dunkin spot but lately their coffee tastes more chemically and their drinks are just so inconsistent. It's a waste of money.
