If I could rate this Chipotle a ZERO I would. Place has been so dirty I passed on eating there several times over the last few months, tables needing wiped down, floors with food and napkins all over them. Employees seem to not care and the wait can be much too long. I decided to give it one more try but my visit Monday May 18 was the last straw. It took me 10 mins to get to the counter while several employees chatted with each other and not giving the counter person any help. She had to fulfill orders and check customers out by herself. Walked in to pick up an order and the dining area had overflowing trash, spilled stuff on the floor and messy tables when only one was being used. I ordered a burrito that clearly had way less meat than usual even by Chipotle standards. The third bite into it I bit into hair.. I took apart the burrito and it was all over it. It wasn’t just a loose strand (still nasty but I guess it happens) it was several long pieces of hair. Terrible experience

Food was average nothing special, but the store it’s self was very dirty, all the tables were dirty and had to be wiped down, floors were sticky and wet in some areas with food scraps scattered throughout the store, next time Id probably avoid this location

Just about, no actually the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I came in with a family portion order of chicken which was (I guess its my opinion, but really) dry, overcooked, and rubbery. Like, not edible. The front staff took her time flirting with an off shift employee, likely trying to avoid my incoming conflict. She then took the complaint and said she would ask the manager. About a minute goes by and she comes back and says that I can call to get a refund, or they can remake it. I show her what it looks like and ask if it looks normal for her. She tells me it looks
